34th EFFoST International Conference Announced!

We are delighted to announce that the 34th EFFoST International Conference: Bridging high-tech, food-tech and health: Consumer-oriented innovations will be hosted by Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and held in Tel Aviv, Israel.

In light of the increasing challenges the food industry faces, there is an immediate need for healthy, safe, sustainable, diverse and wholesome food solutions to fit the needs and preferences of the consumer.

The 34th EFFoST International Conference will catalyse partnerships and exchanges of fundamental and applied interdisciplinary insights and ideas to enhance and extend
the capacity of the food sector to face such challenges today and tomorrow.

Oral and paper abstracts are now invited on the topics listed below and on our website. Abstract Submission Deadline:

Cijenjene kolegice i kolege,

zadovoljstvo nam je obavijestiti Vas o 4. međunarodnoj znanstveno-stručnoj konferenciji “Natural Resources, Green Technology and Sustainable Development –GREEN/4. Konferencija će se održati od 08. – 10. prosinca 2020. godine u Zagrebu u hotelu International u organizaciji Hrvatskog šumarskog instituta, Prehrambeno-biotehnološkog fakulteta, Šumarskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu, Instituta za jadranske kulture i melioraciju krša, Hrvatskog društva za biotehnologiju, Akademije šumarskih znanosti i Hrvatska komora inženjera šumarstva i drvne tehnologije te pod pokroviteljstvom  međunarodnih organizacija International Union of Forest Research Organizations (IUFRO), European Forest Institute (EFI) i European Biotechnology Thematic Network Association (EBTNA).  Uspješno organizirana konferencija GREEN2014, GREEN2016 i GREEN2018 potaknula nas je da ponovno okupimo znanstvenike i stručnjake kao bi izmijenila nova znanja i iskustva iz ovog područja.

Food Contamination and Traceability Summit

Munich, Germany, 26-27 May 2020

This is a gentle reminder of the forthcoming GHI Summit, it would be very good if you would join. Firstly because the Summit has contents that are almost certain to benefit you and secondly, it would be good to meet you again.

 

The summit is co-organised by Acad Indus International Conventions and the Global Harmonization initiative and is endorsed by IUFoST, EFFoST, EHEDG, ISEKI, EuChemS (European Chemical Society), Moniqa Association, Progroups, and GMV Dutch Food Systems.

 

The inaugural is bringing together the key food safety stakeholders to transform and enhance food safety through a better understanding of the food contaminants, their sources, routes, prevention and control in a food chain to offer better public health safety to the consumers.
