ECOTROPHELIA 2024

I ove godine HDPBN sudjeluje u organizaciji nacionalnog natjecanja ECOTROPHELIA. Pozivamo sve zainteresirane studente da se prijave i sudjeluju u ovom jedinstvenom događaju.

Za sudjelovanje na ovogodišnjem natjecanju potrebno je prijaviti svoj tim (članovi tima i kategorija prehrambenog proizvoda) najkasnije do 19.4.2024. godine putem Google obrasca na adresi https://docs.google.com/…/1FAIpQLSdM0…/viewform, a kompletnu dokumentaciju potrebno je dostaviti najkasnije do 31.5.2024. na e-mail adresu probion.uspbf@gmail.com (Udruga studenata Prehrambeno-biotehnološkog fakulteta – PROBION).

Erasmus+ project: Food PackagIng open courseware for higher Education and Staff of companies (FitNESS)

FitNESS platform je rezultat FitNESS
projekta s ciljem postavljanja suradničke
platforme za e-učenje svih zainteresiranih
za sve aspekte pakiranja hrane: od funkcije
ambalažnih materijala, sustava i procesa,
zakonodavstva do najnovijih primjena i
dizajna. Projektom su razvijeni
sveobuhvatni i interaktivni sadržaji (onlineradionice,
webinari, kvizovi, studije
slučaja…) kako bi se proširile informacije
zainteresiranoj publici.

Food Contamination and Traceability Summit

Munich, Germany, 26-27 May 2020

This is a gentle reminder of the forthcoming GHI Summit, it would be very good if you would join. Firstly because the Summit has contents that are almost certain to benefit you and secondly, it would be good to meet you again.

 

The summit is co-organised by Acad Indus International Conventions and the Global Harmonization initiative and is endorsed by IUFoST, EFFoST, EHEDG, ISEKI, EuChemS (European Chemical Society), Moniqa Association, Progroups, and GMV Dutch Food Systems.

 

The inaugural is bringing together the key food safety stakeholders to transform and enhance food safety through a better understanding of the food contaminants, their sources, routes, prevention and control in a food chain to offer better public health safety to the consumers.

Cijenjene kolegice i kolege,

zadovoljstvo nam je obavijestiti Vas o 4. međunarodnoj znanstveno-stručnoj konferenciji “Natural Resources, Green Technology and Sustainable Development –GREEN/4. Konferencija će se održati od 08. – 10. prosinca 2020. godine u Zagrebu u hotelu International u organizaciji Hrvatskog šumarskog instituta, Prehrambeno-biotehnološkog fakulteta, Šumarskog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu, Instituta za jadranske kulture i melioraciju krša, Hrvatskog društva za biotehnologiju, Akademije šumarskih znanosti i Hrvatska komora inženjera šumarstva i drvne tehnologije te pod pokroviteljstvom  međunarodnih organizacija International Union of Forest Research Organizations (IUFRO), European Forest Institute (EFI) i European Biotechnology Thematic Network Association (EBTNA).  Uspješno organizirana konferencija GREEN2014, GREEN2016 i GREEN2018 potaknula nas je da ponovno okupimo znanstvenike i stručnjake kao bi izmijenila nova znanja i iskustva iz ovog područja.

34th EFFoST International Conference Announced! 

We are delighted to announce that the 34th EFFoST International Conference: Bridging high-tech, food-tech and health: Consumer-oriented innovations will be hosted by Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and held in Tel Aviv, Israel.

In light of the increasing challenges the food industry faces, there is an immediate need for healthy, safe, sustainable, diverse and wholesome food solutions to fit the needs and preferences of the consumer.

The 34th EFFoST International Conference will catalyse partnerships and exchanges of fundamental and applied interdisciplinary insights and ideas to enhance and extend
the capacity of the food sector to face such challenges today and tomorrow.

Ecotrophelia Hrvatska 2020.

  1. godine održava se 7. nacionalno natjecanje studentskih timova „ECOTROPHELIA HRVATSKA 2020.”, sastavljenih od studenata preddiplomskih i/ili diplomskih studija Sveučilišta u Republici Hrvatskoj u kreiranju eko-inovativnih prehrambenih proizvoda.

Natjecanje organizira Hrvatsko društvo prehrambenih tehnologa, biotehnologa i nutricionista (HDPBN) u suorganizaciji s udrugom studenata Prehrambeno-biotehnološkog fakulteta „PROBION”, Hrvatskom gospodarskom komorom (HGK) i Prehrambeno-biotehnološkim fakultetom (PBF).

Cilj natjecanja je poticanje studentske inovativnosti i kreativnosti, stvaranje novih eko-inovativnih proizvoda temeljenih na studentskim idejama te njihov plasman i promocija na nacionalnom i europskom tržištu.
